A fresh look at a beautiful truth

THERE ARE THREE DIVISIONS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT (NEW COVENANT)

Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John)

WHAT DO WE FIND IN THE GOSPELS? WE LEARN ABOUT JESUS
1. Ministry of John the Baptist.
2. The birth of Jesus.
3. The life of Jesus.
4. The ministry of Jesus.
5 The calling of His disciples.
6. His miracles.
7 His death, burial, and resurrection.

WHAT DO WE NOT FIND?
1. No Christian Church founded in the Gospels. Matthew 16:18.
2. Not one person recieved the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. John 7:38-39.

Men could repent and have their sins forgiven in the Gospels.
Example: A. The thief on the cross. Luke 23:43.
               B. The man with the palsy. Mark 2:5.
However: Full Salvation or conversion was not possible until after Jesus was crucified and ascended. Luke 22:32, Acts 1:4-8

WARNING!
We must go on to the Book of Acts to find where the first church was founded. Full Salvation was first experienced on the DAY OF PENTECOST!

Note the authority given to the Apostles by the Lord. John 17:20.

WHAT DO WE FIND IN ACTS? WE LEARN HOW TO BE BORN AGAIN
1. Men were Born Again (John 3:5 fulfilled!)
2. The first church founded on the DAY OF PENTECOST - Acts 2:1- 4.

WATER BAPTISM
1. Church at Jerusalem - Acts 2:38.
2. Church at Samarta - Acts 8:16.
3. Church at Caesarea - Acts 10:48.
4. Church at Ephesus - Acts 19.5.

All the Apostles and Mary, the mother of Jesus. prayed until they were filled with the Baptism of the holy Ghost. - Acts 1:13-14, Acts 2:4

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST
Evidence: They Spoke With Tongues
Church at Jerusalem founded - Acts 2:4
Church at Caesarea founded - Acts 10:44-48
Church at Ephesus founded - Acts 19:1-6

WARNING! Not one person in the entire Bible was ever baptized using words, "In the Name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." Matthew 1:21

IMPORTANT
If the Apostles and Mary, the mother of Jesus, were wrong in believing the above scriptures then there is no hope for any of us. GaL 1:8-9

WHAT DO WE FIND IN THE EPISTLES?
WE LEARN HOW TO LIVE A CHRISTlAN LIFE
These books were written to the churches…. AFTER they were haptized in the Name of Jesus Christ and after they recieved the Baptism of the Holy Ghost speaking with tongues.

WHY WERE THE EPISTLES WRITTEN?
To instruct born again Christians (not sinners).
1. How to live.
2. How to worship.
3. Church Discipline.
4. How to develop the Fruit of the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23.

WHAT DO WE NOT FIND IN THE EPISTLES?
1. Not one person was baptized in all the Epistles.
2. Not one person recieved the baptism of the Holy Ghost in all the Epistles.
The reason: They had already been baptized and recieved the Baptism of the Holy Ghost otherwise these churches could not have heen founded.

WARNING!
Eph 2:8,1 Cor. 12:30,1 John 3:14, 1 John 5:1, Eph 5:26.
These Scriptures are Epistles and written to churches already born again.
They were never intended to be used as a substitute for the plan of Salvation.

Acts 2:38 WHAT JESUS PROCLAIMED IT WOULD BE:

And ye are witness of these things. And behold, (3) I send the promiseof my Father upon you." - Luke 24:46-49

WHAT PETER PREACHED IT TO BE:
"Then Peter said on to them. (1) Repent, and (2) be baptized every one of youin the name of Jesus Christfor the remission of sins, and (3) ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is on to you, and to your children,and to all that are afar off, even as manyas the Lord our God shall call". - Acts 2:38-39

A Message of interest to you from the Pastor

We would be honored in have you visit with us at the house of the Lord anytime. We understand that in the society in which we live there are many things that may leave people with a sense of hopelessness and despair. Maybe you have experienced some of these things and feelings first hand and have found that nothing seems to salisfy? In the end you are left with an empty, hopeless feeling inside. Don't give up, because there is hope in Jesus your Savior and Deliverer. In his article you wi1l find the words to give you the hope and strength that you have been longing for. So read on and remember Jesus does love you.

We sing with all our hearts because -
In the Bible we read, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord

We all pray together because -
In the Bible we read, "They lifted up their voice to God with one accord" Acts 4:24

We clap our hands because -
In the Bible we read, "O, clap your hands all ye people". - Psalm 47:1

We testify Publicity because -
In the Bible we read, "Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of Men confess before the angels of God". - Luke 12-8

We anoint with oil for divine healing because -
In the Bible we read, "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord". - James 5-14

We baptize in the the name of Jesus Christ because -
In the Bible we read, " Repent and he haptized everyone of you in the name' of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost". Acts 2:38, Acts 8:16. Acts 10:48, 19:5. etc. This fulfills Matt. 28:19

We believe in receiving the Holy Ghost because -
In the Bible we read, "For the promise is unto you, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call". The evidence of this experience is speaking in heavenly or other tongues, Acts 2:4, 10:46, 19:6.

JESUS IS COMING SOON AND OUR HEARTS DESIRE IS THAT YOU TOO, MAY BE READY TO BE CAUGHT UP TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR.
